About

Hi, I'm Darren — and this is Allison.

Co-founders of Gloo Fitness

Along with James and the team at our studio, we're on a mission to transform people's lives through fitness.

I set out as a university lecturer teaching sport and exercise psychology. I'm also a trainer of trainers, having taught more than 3,000 health and fitness professionals all around the world, and an author and presenter in metabolic and mental health — the science isn't a bolt-on for me, it's where I come from.

Allison is a women's fitness, nutrition and wellbeing coach with more than 30 years in the industry. Specialising in the menopause transition, she helps women realign the essential hormones that control their weight and vitality.

Through our corporate programmes we bring that science and psychology into the workplace, built around accountability, so the change outlasts the talk.
